Our well known client continues to expand their operation in South County Dublin. We are now recruiting for a Technical Support Agent to join a great team in this very successful Irish tech firm.

We are seeking a very customer focused person with a good technical background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding Irish business.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provide superior customer service via email and telephone
  • Guide customers on achieving the best results and making the most from their package
  • Provide technical support in relation to VoIP system
  • Acquire excellent product knowledge and ensure customers are fully informed of the options available to them
  • Be vigilant regarding data protection and possible fraud
  • Take time to understand customer’s infrastructure and offer advice as appropriate
  • Advise potential customers on packages available and most likely to suit their requirements

Some of the requirements include:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Firewalls and Routers
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Always looking to improve the customer experience
  • Motivated and team player
  • Excellent communication skills
