Service Desk Manager

Providing first line support for all network, software and hardware issues. Our client in Dundalk is adding to their growing IT department and this support role is essential to the day to day success for our client.

Main responsibilities and requirements (but not exclusively):

  • Receive all IT calls and communications and perform fix where possible
  • Working directly with different departments to ensure optimum continuity
  • Arrange cover where required
  • Liaise directly with customers and colleagues on queries
  • 1st level support for network and desktop issues
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Out of hours on call service when assigned
  • Some travel may be required
  • Flexible working hours
