A leading Irish IT outsourcing and Cloud Service Provider is growing their team once again.

They are now seeking a Service Desk Engineer Level 2 to join their team in Dublin. This is a superb opportunity to join one of Ireland’s fastest growing Managed Service Providers.

This role is a critical part of the service delivery team and will help to ensure overall targets and KPIs are met.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide mentorship to Level 1 support engineers
  • Ensure correct processes are followed and SLAs are delivered
  • Ensure escalated tickets are updated and work in conjunction with other departments to recommend technical solutions
  • Maintain reports and record incidents
  • Identify incident causes and make recommendations to avoid future issues
  • Manage multiple open cases for various clients
  • Work closely with customers to ensure the best possible level of support and customer service is always provided
Some of your background should include:
  • Previous experience in a technical support role
  • 4+ years’ overall experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Solid knowledge of some/most of the following –

Azure, Windows 7-10, Microsoft Server 2008-19, Exchange 2007-2016, Office365, Routers, Firewalls, Server Hardware configuration and troubleshooting, Cybersecurity, Sharepoint, VoIP
