We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a leading Irish company. A multiple award winner and the largest in their sector in Ireland.

Some of your duties will involve:

  • Manage SLA’s and ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet with and travel to client sites
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided at all times
  • Take full responsibility for multiple key clients
  • Adopt improvement initiatives
  • Manage incidents, change management and ensure service stability
  • Build relationships across the business and with clients
  • Provide report documentation in line with ISO 20000 framework

Some of the experience required include:

  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • ITIL Qualification
  • Relevant Degree
  • SLA writing and reporting
  • Dispute resolution skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of Technical Security environments
  • Experience with project lifecycles and delivery
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 27001 &
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a logical approach
  • Strong team leadership and motivational skills
