An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Store Manager for a large boutique retailer in Limerick. We are looking for a sales driven individual, capable of leading by example and managing an award winning branch in Limerick.
For this senior position candidates should meet the following:
- Excellent people skills
- Be capable of motivating a great team
- Manage daily HR issues
- Coach and mentor staff
- Work closely with customers to achieve results and to address issues as they arise
- Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Ensure store standards and appearance are of the highest possible levels. Both front of house and behind the scenes
- Manage administrative duties in a methodical, professional manner
- Analyse sales reports and implement improvements based on same
- Must be commercially focused – aware of targets, pricing and margins
- Monitor and review Health & Safety procedures
- Always conscious of security matters
