We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Office Manager and PA to join one of Ireland’s most successful tech companies.

Are you a successful Executive Assistant with a meticulous attention to detail? If so, this position in South Dublin may be exactly what you’re looking for.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Act as first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
  • Act as Personal Assistant to the CEO
  • Arrange travel itineraries including visas
  • Manage the diary of the CEO
  • Ensure meetings are fully prepared and take minutes
  • Ensure highest level of confidentiality is adhered to
  • Produce reports and presentations as required
  • Assume full responsibility for front office including access management and supplies inventory

To apply you should meet most of the following requirements:

  • 3+ years’ in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office
  • Possess a warm personality and professional approach to your work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
