Some of the core responsibilities include:
- Providing world class customer service
- Log, troubleshoot, resolve and escalate issues as required
- Ensure that SLA’s are met
- Reporting and general admin duties as required
- Continuous monitoring of SLA performance
Some of the requirements for this role include:
- Friendly, customer service oriented attitude
- Knowledge of support logging systems
- Knowledge of networks and Windows Operating System
Advantageous:
- Second EU language
- ITIL experience
- Experience with Office 365, Citrix, SAP, MS SQL and Lotus Notes
- Third level education
A flexible approach to working hours is required as office hours are 6.00am – 6.00pm
