Customer Implementation and Service Delivery Manager

Our multinational client is seeking an Interim Customer Implementation and Service Delivery Manager. Based in their Dublin office, this is a fixed term contract – 12 months.

The successful applicant will be responsible for secure installations and new implementations for customers. According to technical customer requirements, and service, incident, and change management, continual service improvement, customer satisfaction and ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.

The position of Customer Implementation and Service Delivery Manager is central to the data centre operations. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for one report.

Duties will include:

  • Ensure efficient implementation of customer deployments
  • Provide input into the sales process
  • Ensure professional service delivery execution

Experience Required:

  • 3rd level qualification (BEng, BAI, BA) preferably in a technical field (Engineering/ICT)
  • 3-6 years’ experience in service delivery/project management in a technical field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, VISIO and Microsoft Project skills
  • Auto CAD or similar drawing package skills
  • Commercial awareness and customer focus
