Our client in Galway is currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a large multinational with a growing presence in Ireland.

Some of the duties include:
- Provide world class Tier1 and Tier2 support
- Support clients via email, calls and internal incident reports
- Resolve issues promptly within SLA’s
- Recognise and prioritise incidents as reported
- Log and troubleshoot
- Complete testing requirements on new releases
Some of the role requirements:
- Educated to relevant degree level
- 2+ years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Database experience with Oracle or MSSQL
- Understanding of IIS, SSRS, VMware & Virtual PC
- Knowledge of networking and diagnostics
- Good technical writing abilities
