A leading Irish IT outsourcing company is growing their team once again.

They are now seeking an Accounts Assistant Office Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a superb opportunity to join one of Ireland’s fastest growing Managed Service Providers.

This role is a critical part of the business and will help to ensure overall company targets are met.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing of weekly & monthly client invoices and monthly statements runs
  • Ensuring accuracy between vendor billing and client billing
  • Credit Control and Implementation of Company’s Credit Control policies
  • Operating the Direct Debit system with accuracy and in a timely manner along with processing new client signup.
  • Creating, maintaining and reviewing client billing agreements on CRM system
  • Processing of all Purchase Orders & Purchases Invoices, using the CRM and Xero Accounting System
  • Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements
  • Procurement for Client Projects
  • Creating, maintaining and reviewing supplier recurring billing
  • Assist in the production of a full suite of Monthly Management Accounts and presentation of same to the Management team
  • Bank Reconciliation including Bi-Weekly Payables Payment Processing
  • Assist in the Preparations of reports for future projections consisting of; Cashflow, Balance Sheet and P&L
  • Assist Management in the reconciliation of Fixed Asset Register, including Additions, Disposals, and Monthly Depreciation
  • Prepare and File Bi-Monthly VAT Returns using the ROS system
  • Process both Weekly and Monthly Payroll and assist with staff payroll queries
  • Processing of Finance Documentation in relation to Lease/HP Asset Acquisitions
  • Ensure the adherence to internal controls
  • Completion of statistical and statutory returns
  • Facilitation of monthly stock take
  • Assisting with projects to enhance and automate the Accounting & Finance functions
  • Full accounts responsibility for two statutory entities
  • Other ad-hoc work as required within the Accounts & Finance area 
Some of your background should include:
  • Proficient with ROS, Payroll & Microsoft Office
  • Must be competent in Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software would be desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Preferable accounting experience in the IT or SaaS sectors is ideal, but not essential
  • Team player with a high level of self-motivation in a busy working environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills – both written and verbal (English Essential)
  • Very strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work, with problem-solving
  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Hold an Accounting Technician Qualification or be a Part Qualified Accountant.
