Creating a Winning CV is no easy task. As a recruiter we see dozens on a daily basis. Some good and some, well, not so good…. As a recruiter reviewing CV’s constantly we can offer advice and tips. Recently, several of our candidates were interviewed by phone. Although they’ve each attended many interviews during their career this was a first for them. So, with a bit of practice and a bit of coaching they were successful and invited for a face to face interview.
